At Valle Incantata, you can experience an extraordinary level of biodiversity thanks to the coexistence of different microclimates, created by the presence of a natural lake, a woodland, and a valley that benefits from the influence of the sea, just a few kilometres away. Here, Mediterranean vegetation such as lemon and orange trees, aromatic herbs, and palm trees grows alongside hillside species including olive trees, oaks, cypresses, poplars, and walnut trees.

Within this natural environment, we have chosen to observe and intervene only when the land clearly shows signs of need—or, whenever possible, not to intervene at all. We observe the cycles of nature for at least two years, or eight seasons, and up to four years where possible. Our aim is to support nature rather than alter its natural rhythms and ecological balance.

By following this approach, we have seen that the land is not exploited but regenerated, allowing the ecosystem to remain in harmony.
