The Art of Permaculture and Natural Building
What sets us apart is our philosophy: our campsite and farmhouse were built following permaculture principles, using wood and natural materials sourced directly from the environment. You won’t find cold concrete blocks here. Instead, you will stay in cotton and wooden tents or structures insulated with clay and straw. Every space has been handcrafted with love: each spot is a unique creation, designed to rejuvenate your spirit through the energy of the trees.
Living with the Rhythms of Nature
At night, the silence is broken only by the sounds of the valley, while the paths are lit by torches and soft lights to preserve the magic of the starry sky. You might spot roe deer, hares, or the resident fox, while our sheepdog Luky watches over our guests with his friendly spirit.
Services & Adventure
Bike Friendly: We offer “smart” solutions for cyclists: charging stations, maintenance assistance, and a place to rest before hitting the road again.
Pet Friendly: Your four-legged friends are more than welcome! They will find plenty of shade and dedicated walking paths.
Relax & Barbecue Area: A fully equipped area near the lakeside poplars, featuring a free-to-use barbecue and free Wi-Fi, all while lounging on reclaimed wood armchairs.
Between the Valley and the Sea
We are located just 4 km (as the crow flies) from the coast: the sea breeze travels up the valley, cooling even the warmest summer days. In just 12 minutes by car (or 20 by bike via scenic shortcuts), you can reach the Pineta del Tombolo, one of the most wild and captivating beaches in the region.
AGRITOURISM
Located in the heart of our main estate, our guest room enjoys a privileged position on the property’s northern hill. Designed according to permaculture principles and built with natural materials, it is a peaceful “nest” surrounded by greenery, specifically created for those seeking deep, restorative rest.
The accommodation offers maximum independence and privacy, featuring a private entrance and a fenced private garden, perfect for ensuring your four-legged friends can roam safely. The outdoor veranda is the true soul of the room: here you will find a private cooking area, a dining table, and comfortable lounge chairs for your moments of relaxation.
In addition to your private sanctuary, you are welcome to enjoy the property’s common areas, including the barbecue zone and the relaxation area with Wi-Fi connection.
AGRICAMPING
The services at our farm-campsite are essential yet carefully curated, designed to preserve the authentic style of old-world Tuscan hospitality—the same genuine spirit that gave life to this project.
We offer various accommodation options:
Ready-to-use Tents: Our pre-pitched tents come with an independent kitchen for maximum autonomy.
Classic Pitches: For those arriving with their own equipment, we offer spacious pitches with access to a welcoming common area.
In our washing and sink area, we provide natural soaps to avoid waste and excess foam, helping us protect our planet’s biodiversity. The campsite is, of course, equipped with toilets and hot showers.

The Fairies' Cottage
The Fairues’ Cottage is a unique “tiny house style” retreat crafted from wood and canvas, featuring insulated walls and flooring for a cozy stay. Inside, the bedroom comfortably sleeps three guests with one double and one single bed.
The living space extends outdoors to a magnificent 50sqm covered wooden pergola attached to the lodging, where you will find a fully equipped kitchen for your exclusive use. Nestled among silver olive trees and Mediterranean cypresses, this accommodation offers a private garden and is fully equipped with electricity. To complete the experience, a private bathroom is located just 20 meters from the tent, ensuring both convenience and privacy while staying deeply connected to the surrounding nature.
WILD TENT
Our Bell Tent is a cozy 20sqm waterproof canvas retreat, thoughtfully furnished with both a double and a single bed. Tucked away beneath a shaded pergola and surrounded by silver olive trees and fragrant aromatic plants, the tent is fully equipped with electricity for your convenience. While this accommodation does not include a kitchenette, guests have access to the shared bathroom facilities located just 30 meters away. It is a perfect choice for those seeking a short, refreshing getaway immersed in the poetic beauty of the Tuscan landscape.
GNOMES' REFUGE
Our spacious 25sqm Bell Tent, crafted from natural canvas, features a welcoming bedroom that comfortably sleeps three guests with a double and a single bed. The tent is set beneath a beautiful, solid pergola that provides a perfect sanctuary from both summer heat and rain, all while being nestled among Mediterranean cypresses and olive trees. Designed for those who love outdoor living without sacrificing comfort, the accommodation includes an attached covered kitchen for your exclusive use, a private solar shower, and a secluded garden. The tent is fully equipped with electricity and includes a private bathroom located just 20 meters away.
INDEPENDENT PITCH
Our Independent Pitch offers an exclusive setting for those who prefer traveling with their own gear. This dedicated space is fully equipped with electricity and is perfectly suited for either pitching your own tent or parking a camper van. Designed to provide a sense of privacy and peace, the pitch remains conveniently located just 20 to 30 meters from the shared bathroom facilities, offering the perfect balance between a rustic outdoor experience and essential comforts.
CYCLING TOURISM
Valle Incantata is a dedicated Bike Friendly sanctuary where freedom moves on two wheels. We have designed a specialized station for minor repairs and maintenance, and we offer e-bike rentals so that everyone can explore our rolling hills with ease. Whether you choose the comfort of our pre-pitched tents or the simple charm of a green pitch, you will find yourself at the perfect starting point for adventure. A network of trails winds directly from our property through woods and iconic Tuscan vistas, offering routes suitable for every skill level, whether you prefer to explore on foot or by bike. Recharge your soul in the stillness of the valley and set off to discover nature in its most authentic form.
