Valle Incantata Farm & Lab is nestled in an unspoiled area between the sea and the forest. Our property is built around a natural lake, home to herons, pelicans, turtles, and wild geese. Here, biodiversity is a gift you can experience every day: the perfect place for those seeking a genuine connection with nature and wildlife.

The Art of Permaculture

What makes us unique is our approach: both our campsite and agriturismo have been created following the principles of permaculture. You won’t stay in cold concrete buildings, but in cotton and wooden tents. Every space has been handcrafted with love; each accommodation is one of a kind, designed to restore the spirit through the energy of the trees.

Living in Harmony with Nature

At night, the silence is broken only by the sounds of the valley, while the paths are softly lit by torches and gentle lights, allowing you to admire the stars. You may spot roe deer, hares, and the fox that lives in the forest, while our friendly sheepdog, Luky, keeps a watchful eye on our guests.

Between the Valley and the Sea

We are just 4 km (2.5 miles) from the sea as the crow flies, and the sea breeze flows up the valley, keeping even the hottest days pleasantly cool. In just 12 minutes by car (or 20 minutes by bike along scenic shortcuts), you can reach the Tombolo Pine Forest, one of the wildest and most enchanting beaches in the area.

AGRITOURISM

The services at our farm campsite are simple yet thoughtfully designed, preserving the authentic spirit of traditional Tuscan hospitality—the genuine way of welcoming guests that inspired this place from the very beginning.

We offer different accommodation options to suit your needs. Our fully equipped glamping tents include a private kitchen, giving you complete independence, while guests staying in their own tents or campers can enjoy a welcoming shared kitchen area. In the washing area, we provide natural soaps, helping to reduce waste and excessive detergents in order to protect the biodiversity of our environment. The campsite is, of course, equipped with toilets and hot showers.

FAIRIES' RETREAT

Comfort Plus Tent built from wood and canvas, featuring insulated walls and flooring for greater comfort in every season. Inside, there is a bedroom with three sleeping places (one double bed and one single bed). Adjacent to the accommodation, in a separate area, you will find a covered wooden pergola with a fully equipped private kitchen for your exclusive use.

The shared bathroom facilities are located approximately 20 metres from the tent. The accommodation also features a private garden and is surrounded by olive trees and cypress trees, offering a peaceful and natural setting. Electricity is provided.

GNOMES' REFUGE

25 m² Bell Tent made of cotton canvas, featuring a bedroom with three sleeping places (one double bed and one single bed).

The tent is set beneath a beautiful covered pergola, providing shelter from both summer heat and rain, and is surrounded by olive and cypress trees.

Adjacent to the tent, in a separate area, you will find a fully equipped covered kitchen, an outdoor solar shower, and a private garden. Shared bathroom facilities are located approximately 20 metres from the accommodation. Electricity is provided.

INDEPENDENT PITCH

Exclusive pitch with electricity, where you can set up your own tent and/or park your camper van. Shared bathroom facilities are located approximately 20–30 metres from the pitch.

CYCLING TOURISM

Valle Incantata is a dedicated Bike Friendly sanctuary where freedom moves on two wheels. We have designed a specialized station for minor repairs and maintenance, and we offer e-bike rentals so that everyone can explore our rolling hills with ease. Whether you choose the comfort of our pre-pitched tents or the simple charm of a green pitch, you will find yourself at the perfect starting point for adventure. A network of trails winds directly from our property through woods and iconic Tuscan vistas, offering routes suitable for every skill level, whether you prefer to explore on foot or by bike. Recharge your soul in the stillness of the valley and set off to discover nature in its most authentic form.
